Winter Wonderland

It is a snow day once again! The snow storm
is apparently supposed to end tomorow....
Its snowing like crazy and it makes me not
want to leave my apartment. Compared to
the other snow days, this one seems worse
as I found ice stuck to my windows this
morning..... not looking forward to the days
ahead.............black slush......slippery roads.

Baking time! Searched up tate's chocolate chip recipe and tried baking it. Results? Thin, crispy-ish (could bake for a little longer) and a little too much chocolate chips, whoops!

Start of NYC Fashion Week: Death of a genius.

Im pretty sure many of you heard the death of Lee Alexander McQueen on Feb 11. "Fashion designer Alexander McQueen has taken his own life at age 40. His office confirmed his death, saying: 'It is a tragic loss. We are not making a comment at this time out of respect for the McQueen family.' He was found at his home in London. The UK Sun reports that he hanged himself."

McQ presentation cancelled.

As Anna Wintour put it "McQueen brought a uniquely British sense of daring and aesthetic fearlessness to the global stage of fashion. In such a short career, Alexander McQueen's influence was astonishing -- from street style, to music culture and the world's museums. His passing marks an insurmountable loss."

The world will miss you! Rest in Peace...
