Im pretty sure many of you heard the death of Lee Alexander McQueen on Feb 11. "Fashion designer Alexander McQueen has taken his own life at age 40. His office confirmed his death, saying: 'It is a tragic loss. We are not making a comment at this time out of respect for the McQueen family.' He was found at his home in London. The UK Sun reports that he hanged himself."
McQ presentation cancelled.
As Anna Wintour put it "McQueen brought a uniquely British sense of daring and aesthetic fearlessness to the global stage of fashion. In such a short career, Alexander McQueen's influence was astonishing -- from street style, to music culture and the world's museums. His passing marks an insurmountable loss."
The world will miss you! Rest in Peace...
